Arby’s Allergen Menu
Can you eat at Arby’s with a food allergy? Here’s the Arby’s allergen menu, with every item in Arby’s own September 2026 guide, so you can tick the allergens you avoid and see what’s left.
Some of what you’d expect to find isn’t there. Arby’s guide gives no allergen information at all for the chicken cheesesteaks or the steak nuggets, and the crinkle fries, which list no allergens of their own, share a fryer with wheat, egg, milk, soy and fish.
Avoiding gluten instead? Wheat is only one gluten grain, so ticking it isn’t a gluten filter. Arby’s publishes a separate list, on the Arby’s gluten free menu page.
The Arby’s allergen menu, item by item
What are you avoiding? Tick all that apply.
Ticking an allergen hides every item that contains it, may contain it or shares fryer oil with it, and every item the guide has no allergen information for.
Check with your restaurant before you order, every time. Recipes, suppliers and fryer oil change, and this page repeats Arby’s published guide. It isn’t a promise about what’s in your food.

Nothing is left with that combination. Try ticking fewer allergens, and remember that items with no allergen information in the guide are always hidden.
What allergens are in Arby’s menu items?
Across 126 items, the guide lists milk in 71, wheat in 63, soy in 48 and egg in 44, plus sesame on the sandwich buns. No item lists peanuts, tree nuts or shellfish as an ingredient, and fish appears only as possible contact. The shakes and turnovers carry a separate note that they’re made in a facility that processes peanuts or tree nuts.
Does Arby’s have dairy free options?
Arby’s doesn’t publish a dairy free menu, and not many items qualify. The 39 that list no milk, even as possible contact, are mostly drinks, sauces and toppings. The only foods are the apple and cherry turnovers, the applesauce, and two optional or regional items, ArbyQ and Super Roast Beef. Fries and potato cakes list no milk ingredient but share fryer oil with items that do.
Is there cross-contact at Arby’s?
Yes. Fried items are cooked in shared oil, and the guide marks 21 items with the other allergens they may touch, listing fish “where available.” Arby’s also says recipes and how a sandwich is assembled can vary from restaurant to restaurant. That’s why the filter hides an item when an allergen is a possible contact, not just an ingredient.
Does Arby’s have peanut free or tree nut free items?
No item in the guide lists peanuts or tree nuts as an ingredient. The guide does mark 4 items, the shakes and turnovers, as made in a facility that processes peanuts or tree nuts, and the filter hides those if you tick either one. The guide says nothing about what happens in your own restaurant’s kitchen, so ask there.
Does Arby’s list allergens for the chicken cheesesteaks and steak nuggets?
Not in the September 2026 guide. The chicken cheesesteaks, the steak nuggets and the two Angus Deluxe cheesesteaks, 11 items in all, have calories listed but no allergen information, so this page hides them whenever you tick an allergen. They’re mostly limited-time items, so ask your restaurant, or check Arby’s website, before you order.
Are Arby’s fries vegan?
The guide doesn’t label any item vegan, so we can’t call them that. Curly fries and crinkle fries list no milk or egg as ingredients, but both show egg, milk and soy as possible contact from shared fryer oil, and curly fries contain wheat. If you avoid animal products strictly, ask your restaurant about its fryer.
So, what can you eat at Arby’s with an allergy?
Use the Arby’s allergen menu to narrow things down before you go, then tell the person taking your order about your allergy, every visit. For the rest of the menu, see the full menu with prices and photos, and for Arby’s own documents, the official nutrition and allergen guide.
