Reporting a wrong price or figure
This is the most useful message you can send. If you can, include:
- The item, as it appears on the page.
- What you were charged, and what this site says.
- Which restaurant (city and street if you know it) and roughly when. Prices differ from restaurant to restaurant, and big-city and West Coast restaurants often charge more, which is usually the explanation.
- How you ordered: at the counter, at the drive-thru, in the Arby's app, or through a delivery app. Delivery apps set their own prices.
A photo of the menu board or the receipt settles it quickly, but it isn't required.
Rights holders
If you own rights in material used on this site and want it removed, email the address above and say what the material is and where it appears. We will act promptly. The reasoning behind what is used is in the disclaimer.
What to take to Arby's instead
This is an independent site with no connection to Arby's, so there are things we can't help with. These need the restaurant or the company:
| You want to | Go to |
|---|---|
| Place or change an order | The Arby's app, arbys.com or your restaurant |
| Complain about a meal, a bill or service | Arby's own customer service |
| Check whether an item is safe for an allergy | Arby's nutrition and allergen guide, and tell the restaurant team before you order |
| Use rewards or fix the app | Arby's app support |
| Ask about a job | Arby's careers pages |
On allergies in particular, please don't email us to ask whether an item is safe. Any allergen information we repeat can be out of date the moment a recipe changes. Check Arby's current guide and tell the restaurant team before you order, every time.
Press and general questions
Same address. If you want to know where a number came from, the sources are on the about page, and we would rather explain the method than have it taken on trust.
